About The Author/Founder

Ashea Goldson, a native New Yorker, and Metro Atlanta transplant is a multi-published author and screenwriter, who has frequently been called a “kingdom writer.” Having a vivid imagination which always connected her to reading, writing, and storytelling from an early age, Ashea began her writing career by writing for her high school and college publications. Soon after she received her BA degree in Communications from Fordham University in New York. She also later graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning an MAEd in Secondary English Education from The University of Phoenix. Although she has been an English/ Dramatic Writing Teacher and advocate of literacy for over twenty years, when she is not in the classroom, or with her family, she is writing.

As a traditionally published Christian fiction novelist since 2008, Ashea has written many books including, The Lovechild 2008, Joy comes In The Morning 2009, Count It All Joy 2010, Let Joy Arise 2011, Scorched 2012, and When Kingdom Comes 2013. She also wrote and produced her first film, “Searching For The Right Thing” in 2009 and wrote and produced her second short-film, “Pieces From The Bottom” in 2015. Her greatest strength is her ability to create flawed characters who, while having ordinary challenges, are able to experience extraordinary victories; this allows for an inspirational yet relatable message. She has also written a number of children’s books during her novel hiatus. Her latest release however, is a Christian fiction novel entitled What Won’t Die. MISSION: Our mission is to glorify God with stories of forgiveness, faith , and redemption while also providing products which are inspirational, wholesome, and/or family-friendly. VISION: Covenant Tribe Media is positioning itself to be a leader in faith-based media. We are providing “faith & family- first” entertainment, via faith-infused books, podcasts, and films. This vision glorifies God with stories of forgiveness, faith, redemption, etc. We are also building a faith first community of believers.
